Can I purchase online? | 我可以直接在網路上購買嗎?

According to law in Taiwan, it is illegal to sell alcoholic beverages online. If you want to buy our products, you are welcome to order by telephone, e-mail, or visit our store to buy in person.

依據台灣的法律規定,網路上販售酒類商品為違法行為,如欲購買酒品,歡迎來電、電子郵件等方式洽詢,或親臨門市參觀購買。

What are acceptable payment methods? | 付款方式有哪些?

• Credit card or cash payments | 門市刷卡或付現

• Transfer (Wine products will be sent by delivery upon confirmation of remittance) | 匯款 (酒品會在確認匯款後以宅配方式寄出)

*If we choose to deliver the product, we will need to confirm that the order and consignee are adults over the age of 18. If we cannot determine the age of the customer or consignee, we will cancel or refuse the transaction at any time.

*依據相關法令規定,本公司之酒類商品不得售予年齡未滿十八歲之青少年,若選擇匯款方式,本公司服務人員會確認訂購人及收貨人均為年滿十八歲以上之成年人,若難以判別訂購人或收貨人年齡時,將會請其提供相關證明文件,敬請配合;且在任何不符合相關法令規定之情況下,本公司有權隨時取消或拒絕交易,並且不負任何賠償責任,造成不便之處,敬請見諒。

How to contact after payment transfer? | 匯款完成如何聯絡你們?

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please make sure to call or e-mail the last five digits of the transfer account after completing the transfer process. Once the payment has been confirmed, you will be contacted to arrange the shipment.

如果您是銀行匯款,請務必於完成匯款手續後,來電或電子郵件通知匯款帳號末五碼,經完成款項確認,即馬上與您聯繫安排出貨。

Free shipping requirements? | 「免運費」門檻?

Freight shipping for purchases of 4 bottles or more, and 150NT for less than 4 bottles.

訂單單一地址滿4瓶以上免運費,訂單單一地址未滿4瓶需酌收運費150元。

When can I receive my purchase? | 什麼時候能收到貨?

We suggest to contact us by telephone, and we will inform you of the earliest possible date of arrival according to your address.

建議來電洽詢,我們會依照您需要配送的地址,告知預計最快抵達日期。

Is there international shipping? | 能宅配到台灣以外的國家嗎?

We are unable to ship overseas at present. Please excuse us. Thank you.

目前無法配送至海外,敬請見諒,謝謝!

Is there any tax included in the price? Can I open a unified number?

價錢有含稅嗎?是否能開立統一編號?

The price includes tax, our company will issue an invoice to you, or if you need a uniform number please inform in advance.

價錢都已含稅,本公司皆會開立發票給您,若您需要統一編號麻煩請提前告知。

Return instructions? | 退換貨說明?

If there are obvious defects in the wine you purchased, please write to liz@relaspero.com within seven days of receipt, and if there are no defects, you will not be accepted for return or exchange.

若您所購入的酒品有明顯的瑕疵時,請於收到貨的七天內,來信至 liz@relaspero.com,將有專人與您聯繫,若酒品並沒有瑕疵則不接受退貨及換貨,敬請見諒。
